1. Introduction

By accessing www.andiragroup.global/adira-concierge (“Website”) or using any service arranged by Adira Concierge Inc. (“Adira,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, discontinue use immediately.

2. Legal Entity & Operations

  • Adira Concierge Inc. is a Florida corporation, wholly-owned by Andira Group Inc.
  • We operate exclusively as a luxury management, booking, and coordination agent.
  • We may contract select, vetted, independent drivers on a project basis.
  • We do not employ staff chauffeurs nor own or operate vehicles.
  • Services are fulfilled by third-party Affiliate Providers.

3. Business Model: Coordination & Referral Services

  • We provide concierge coordination and referral services.
  • Our compensation is for coordination and management only.
  • All actual services are fulfilled by third-party licensed providers or independent drivers.

4. Scope & Rules of Services

  • We refer clients to a vetted global network of providers.
  • Client payments to Adira are for coordination only.
  • Adira is not liable for third-party performance or results.

5. Affiliate Service Rules

  • Each Affiliate Provider or driver has their own terms and conditions.
  • Clients must abide by those terms.
  • All issues must be resolved directly with the provider or driver.

6. Payment, Billing & Cancellation

  • Invoices reflect only coordination services; payment due upfront.
  • No unauthorized or recurring billing.
  • Refunds for coordination only per the schedule below:
    • 24 hours’ notice: Full refund
    • 12–24 hours: 25% fee
    • 4–12 hours: 50% fee
    • <4 hours / No-show: 100% charge
  • Third-party cancellation terms apply separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for acts, omissions, or incidents involving third parties.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid to Adira for coordination, only in cases of gross negligence.
  • All contracted drivers are independently insured and liable.
  • We do not guarantee the compliance or safety of any provider or driver.

8. Privacy & Data

  • All data is handled per PCI DSS standards and applicable laws.
  • Data is shared only as required for coordination or by law.

9. Disputes & Communication

  • Contact billing@adiragroup.global for Adira billing issues.
  • Third-party issues must be handled directly with the provider.
  • Adira may assist with communication but holds no responsibility for outcomes.

10. Updates & Acceptance

  • Terms may be updated at any time and posted accordingly.
  • Continued use of services constitutes full acceptance.
  • Adira’s role is limited to coordination only.

11. Jurisdiction & Law

  • Governing Law: State of Florida, USA.
  • Venue for claims: Miami-Dade County, FL.

  • Acknowledge and accept Adira’s sole function as a referral and coordination concierge.
  • Agree that third-party providers and drivers are fully liable for actual services.
