1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or booking services through this Site or Adira Concierge Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and all referenced policies (including our Privacy Policy).

2) Services & Scope

Adira Concierge Inc. provides concierge and lifestyle management services—including assistance, travel, and event coordination—per availability and relevant laws. Service details may be specified in your individual contract or invoice.

3) Client Obligations

You represent that you are of legal age and authorized to contract. You agree to provide accurate, complete information as requested and comply with all company procedures and policies.

4) Fees, Payment, and Invoicing

• Service fees are specified in quotes, invoices, or contracts and must be paid as agreed.
• All payments are processed exclusively via PCI DSS-compliant platforms; cardholder data is never stored or processed internally.
• Nonpayment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

5) Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
• As of July 31, 2025, Adira Concierge Inc. is fully PCI DSS 4.0.1 compliant.
• No full credit/debit card numbers are stored on our systems; sensitive information is routed through secure third-party providers.

6) Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays, failures, or issues arising from third-party providers or force majeure.
• Liability is limited to direct damages, not exceeding the amount paid for disputed services.
• No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and site content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with no express or implied warranties. We are not a travel agent, insurer, or legal adviser, and do not guarantee any third-party product or service.

8) Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are as stated per your agreement or invoice. Sales are final unless specified otherwise or required by law. The Company may provide credits or refunds at its discretion.

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adira Concierge Inc., affiliates, and staff from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of services.

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Florida law. All disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11) Modifications

Adira Concierge Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately; continued use signifies acceptance.
